Fast-growing Boulder company seeking organized, efficient and caring individual with strong Customer Service experience for part-time job. Approx. 20 hours per week but could stretch up to 30 hours any given week.

Home-based, you will liaise by phone and email with international customers of this science based system to reverse insulin resistance and its related conditions. Other contacts will include the Customer Service Director, fulfillment house, operations team and medical & advisory staff.

Responsibilities include:

- answering inbound customer calls warmly and professionally
- ascertaining the situation and either handling or delegating accordingly - returning customer calls
- managing customer and fulfillment challenges to resolution
- writing effective, warm and service-oriented customer email
- tracking sales and inventory as needed
- attending occasional company meetings in Boulder and participating in conference calls from time to time
