Customer Service Job Description:
Our client, a debt consolidation leader, is in search of several customer service representatives to join their team. This position is one that handles the majority of the calls that come into the company and handles easy questions or concerns of current and potential clients of the organization. Qualified individuals will have experience:
- Working in a call center environment for at least 3 years
- Handling inbound phone calls
- Handling customer questions and concerns
The pay for this position is 14/hr.
The shifts for this position are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 12pm – 11pm (10 hour shift, 1 hour lunch)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 12pm – 11pm (10 hours shift, 1 hour lunch)
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8am – 5pm), and Saturday 9am – 6pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8am – 5pm), and Saturday 9am – 6pm
After the 4-6 week training period, this position is a work from home position and the candidate must have access to high speed Internet and a phone line.
