To motivate yourself a bit more to get out there and excersie trying sending yourself an alarm on your phone with a message of EXERCISE. Having that one more reminder at just the right time of day might be just the motivation you need to include exercise in today's routine.

Great idea! I have a dog who is active, so I have to get up and go out several times a day to throw the ball for her---and I do it, no matter what the weather is doing! I run with her and it is great for me and for the dog!

Oh I get my money's worth :) I"m there almost every day.
You ladies are sure inspiring :) I fail with exercise left and right. Honestly, it's one of those back burner priorities -- I should... but not I want.
My husband has some health issues though that require he exercises regularly - this is my new leverage... I know he'll have an easier time doing it if I'm right there beside him.

I am reading over and over again to just devote 10 minutes per day to get yourself started. After a while you'll increase the time on your own.

I've actually upped my time. I was at 30 minutes per day. I'm now up to 40 minutes per day.
