Expanding virtual company seeking qualified Customer Support Representative to assist our west coast clients. The CSR will be assigned a group of accounts to work with. The CSR takes both reactive and proactive approach, answering questions by phone and e-mail as well as reaching out to his/her accounts to help the clients reach their goals and objectives for utilizing the system. People skills and patience are a must as a significant portion of the position involves teaching new and existing users technology. Will share responsibility of presenting online training webinars when new features are released.
Must have office space to work from home, and the right discipline to work from home. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Photoshop or other graphics software a plus. Must be comfortable using web-based applications. Experienced in using various Internet Browsers such as Internet Explorer and Firefox. Starting salary 38k plus benefits.
