Two Real Estate Professionals are looking for someone to help them with the following (you do NOT have to be a licensed professional, but you can be):
1) Data Entry
2) Create marketing pieces (Flyers, Craigslist Postings etc.)
3) Small project cooridation (Letter, post card mail-out)
4) General Go-Fer
5) Possible Showing Assistant
Requirements:
1) MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR LAKEVIEW (I might need you to come into the office or might need to get supplies to you)
2) MUST BE COMUPTER LITERATE. A lot of what we are doing requires a working knowledge of the computer.
3)Must want to work at LEAST the rest of this year. (this is not a summer job)
4) Must have a flexible schedule(Student, Stay at home mom Ok, we can work around your comitments & you can do a majority of the work at home) - Must be available some mornings/afternoons & a weekend once in a while.
5) Must be willing to be 1099ed at the end of the year.
6) Must be able to work 10-25 hours a week (this will vary by week & work load)
7) ABSOLUTELY-MUST BE HIGHLY ORGANIZED!!!
8 ) ABSOLUTELY-MUST HAVE A FINE ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
9) Must be trainable, responsible and would perfer someone with a car.
