Immediate job opening for bilingual (English/Spanish) or multi-lingual person wishing to be part of a team of 4 part-time employees who help real estate buyers find excellent buyer agents and brokers internationally. You must have a good high-speed internet connection and Voice-over-IP phone or clear LD telephone capability. We provide training and a detailed procedure manual. A minimum 1-year commitment is required. Applicant will be very astute with databases and email programs, and be very detail-oriented as well as customer service-oriented.
The hours are minimally M-F 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm Mountain Standard Time and one Saturday morning a month (as needed) and one 1.5 hr. staff meeting/month. We may be able to offer more hours depending on your capabilities hourly pay requirements. Pay is base per hour + per completed inquiry. Inquiries average about 15 minutes to complete and expected earnings would be $9-$18/hour.
The counselor part of the job involves calling and following up with buyers who have sent in an inquiry and following up with real estate brokers. We currently get about 500 inquiries/month and plan to expand to better serve the Spanish speaking population.
All staff work 4 or 8-hour shifts, so you can trade your hours with another team member when conflicts arise. It is the responsibility of the employee to make sure their assigned shift is covered. We are open 7 days/week.
We use Macintosh computers but if your experience is PC-based, that will easily translate.
