Customer Service Representative: Fluent in French
We are a Lakewood, WA based national e-retailer seeking a French-speaking customer service representative for upcoming expansion into the European marketplace. We are the largest seller of used books primarily through Amazon.com.
Necessary qualifications:
• Ability to read, speak and type fluently in French
• Ability to type at least 45 wpm
• General to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
(Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Prefer at least 1 year customer service experience
• General knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon.com or Half.com
• High school diploma/GED required, higher education preferred.
It may be possible to work remotely from home if you possess the following:
• A home computer with Windows 2003 and Office XP (or newer)
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
