Do you moderate your comments or do you approve them first?

No approval on either of my blogs. I get an email notification when someone posts a comment. If I don't like it or it's spam, I just go and delete it.

Yes, mine are moderated to help control spam etc.

Wordpress users can install Akismet (http://akismet.com/). It's done wonders for the robot spam I receive on my blogs. Before installing it I was forced to moderate comments. Now I don't.
