(Part time employees who work from home work less then 30 hours a week and are not 1099 contractors).
Compensation: $10 - $10.50 (based on position) per hour plus aggressive collection incentives
The Following System Requirements are required for Part Time at home collectors:
* Minimum Pentium 1.2ghz Processor or higher 256Mb RAM
* Free Hard Drive Disk Space: 750Mb
* CD-Rom/DVD-Rom
* Sound Card
* Minimum 800 x 600 screen resolution
* Available USB port
* Genuine Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or Genuine Windows Vista
* High Speed Internet Service (download=1.5mbps or higher, upload=256kbps or higher)
SUMMARY:
Responsible for all activities related to the collection of fees owed to JK Harris, or affiliated companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Meet weekly and monthly collection goals.
* Assure that all customer account complaints are resolved in a timely, reasonable and helpful manner.
* Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
* Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Should have atleast two years of college and/or the equivalent in years of experience. Must have previous collection experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one or small group situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
