So, from a woman who understands the pressures of running a business, here are a few tips to a successful exercise program:

1) Dedicate the best hour of your day to your workouts. It will pay off by giving you more energy, focused and clear thinking, and reduced stress.

2) Schedule your workouts just like a business meeting--put it on your calendar.

3) Create achievable goals. Set yourself up to win. If 3 days a week is all you can do, great! Do what you can and do it well.

4) Add variety to you workouts. If you like walking, great. But you need two or three different activities so you don't burn out or overuse the same muscles.

5) Invest in a good hands-free headset for your cell phone. So on a busy day, you can at least walk around your neighborhood while you are on the phone with clients or employees.

6) Purchase a few online workout videos and some basic home exercise equipment like hand weights, resistance tubing, stability ball, step platform so you always have something you can do.

Great tips! My kids are a huge help to get me inspired to do yoga. They love to do it too. I highly recommend Wai Lana's videos (http://www.wailana.com/) to anyone who thinks that might be a fun thing to try with their kids.

Her kids videos are what hooked my kids, but they like to do my tapes with me also.

Great tips. I get my exercise from chasing after kids and working in the yard.

Good tips for me too. I love yoga and read about them. I plan to register for yoga class as my next year plan. Still working out the budget for next year. I visited Wai Lana Yoga but I think as beginner, I should try with proper teacher by attending class first...

I love our Wii Fit. It basically has several sections, aerobics, yoga, strength and balance. In each category are different activities. The machine keeps track of your progress, your score, your posture etc. It's a lot of fun.

Audrey,

You have me so excited now! I was at Costco and saw it for $ 369. I've heard now is the time to buy it, because they're won't be any wii's around at Christmas.
