WCES Telecare Division invites applicants for our work from home Telehealth program. Agents will be required to respond to both inbound and outbound calls.

In a release this month May 2008, the American Heart Association has indicated that it is important to keep track of blood pressure levels at home in addition to regular measurements taken at the healthcare professional’s office. As a result our telehealth division has seen an increase in interest in home care services.

WCES Telehealth division provides in home Pedia TeleCare services, and we need Telehealth Call Agents, to provide customer service and sales support.

Agents must be able to work with a PC, database and internet.

Minimum Requirements

Associates Degree or equivalent
3 years work experience in either customer service or sales
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Computer access at home.
