Shopping & the Economy?

Because of the economy and gas prices, are you finding that you are shopping less?

No it hasn't made us shop less. We are always conscious of our spending habits and we look for good deals.

We don't do much shopping either because we have to watch the money so closely. I actually have been shopping more lately because my girls have had a growth spurt and have outgrown all their clothes. But I've been hitting a great thrift store here and going to yard sales.

So I guess it hasn't really affected us yet. We're always broke!

I havent seen myself shopping less either...If gas keeps rising, it may be different!

As most of them saying here, I too am a conscious when it comes to spending money. It is all about being conscious about what you spend.

We typically try to look for deals - always. We buy on clearance and such. However, I am concerned about the gas prices going up and up - I am ready for a break there.
