I have been sick for about 3 weeks now  I thought it was finally over then on Sat morning I woke up with a really bad head cold. So I felt like terrible for that last few days...didn't get much done.

So last night I thought I would write up a few new opportunity ads. Everyone knows that sometimes it is hard to get the flow going for these. Well last night I was working on one and it was just flowing, everything was coming together nicely...I was very pleased with this ad! Woohoo, I thought. So I just finished the spell check and I was literally about to press the save button and guess what happens. POOF!!!! The power went out. I was like no way...it couldn't go out 2 seconds later NOOO...it had to go out right at that point! I was so mad...arghhhh, it was such a good ad. So while the power was out for 3 hours I was trying to remember the exact wording I used while I coughed, sneezed and blew my nose.

I made my way over to the computer this morning so stuffed up and feeling lousy, I did a few things like checked my email etc, then decide to try and rewrite the ad ( was not looking forward to it). I opened my program and there was a message on the side that said "auto save detected an unfinished document", would you like to save it. OMG OMG! Yes I want to save it!!!. I wanted to do a happy dance but I had to do one in my head as I thought if I did an actually one I would start coughing and sneezing I wouldn't be able to stop.

OMG OMG! Yes I want to save it!!!.

Isn't that autosave just your very best friend?! I've had many similar experiences!

Sounds like you got hit pretty bad with that awful spring bug. Hope you're on the mend soon!

Hope you feel better soon.

I make it a habit of clicking "Save" every now and then while working on a document whether I'm using Word, Excel or Notepad.
