Do you need your hair cut? If so, then we have the shop for you!!
You are to ask for a shampoo/ cut/ dry. The reimbursement will be for $15.
If you request additional services, you will be responsible for the costs of the additional services.
If you are overcharged, please detail what you asked for. Explain how the stylist quoted you the wrong price. We will reimburse you if you are overcharged. Ideally, you should get the price when you make your phone call; this way it is on record as what the fee would be. We will NOT reimburse the excess if it is NOT clearly detailed or shown on a receipt.
It has come to our attention that shoppers are being overcharged, and our client wants to know if that is happening. Tips are NOT required at these locations, therefore, we do not reimburse for tips.
