View Full Version : What are your New Years Resolutions?
Hi everyone :D
Just curious what everyone's resolutions are for the New Year! I was reading an article this morning that talked about setting realistic goals for your resolutions so that you aren't immediately setting yourself up to fail.
I'm taking that to heart and will be coming up with a game plan for 2006 with some small obtainable goals for each month in regards to growing my business and automating some of the every day tasks that I do now.
What are your goals for the new year?

My main goal for my business is for it to grow and bring in more revenue without me working more. I need to learn to outsource work whenever I can, as there is only one of me, and I'm working hard enough already!
Personally, I want to lose weight and become more healthy. Years of working in front of my computer has left me feeling a bit mushy. :D
I want to take your advice and come up w/small, monthly goals, as well. Sounds like a great plan.
Here's to a great 2006!!

Happy New Year everyone!
I'm with you, Debbi. One of resolutions for the the New Year is exactly the same as yours: continue to grow my business through partnering with some quality freelance resources. I started down that track last year and really look to focus on it this year.
I'm also determined to finish my book in 2006 and get things to the next level with that project.
And, I also resolve to move back to New Jersey. (I had to put an easy one in there...my wife already accepted an offer in her company that involves a relocation to NJ...) :D
I signed up for http://www.flylady.net today. I've heard great things about her program and am determined to give it a try.
I definitely find it a challenge to keep the house in order, so one of my resolutions is to take some small steps to tackle the household chaos :)

All I've really done for my resolutions is promise myself that I'd get as much as I possibly could done off of my 101 Things in 1001 Days (http://101in1001.gipsysmusings.com) list.
