Hi everyone!

I just wanted to say hi and catch up with everybody!

I've been really busy with work -- tons of exciting projects going on with SEO and Design... plus my main client is really growing right now.

I haven't had much time to talk to you all but love that people are talking! Every time I decide to check in on the forum my time is spent sifting through the new members and deciding who looks like a spammer and who looks legit!

But I do think the level of spam has gone down since we implemented the 'need to be approved' feature on new members. Does everyone agree?

On a personal note -- we've got the garden started. I registered my 5 year old for Kindergarten next year yesterday. I try to get a little fresh air every day and have actually been keeping my house fairly clean!

How about you all?

Lori

Lori,

I kill almost no spam these days, not even one a day, but maybe a few pieces per week. This is GREAT!!!

How exciting to start kindergarten. I have a little "friend" who is going off to kindergarten next year. She is so excited. It's so fun to listen her talk about how grown up she is and such.

Nice to see you again Lori.

We have our garden in now too....matter of fact, we need to weed it tonight or tomorrow as the plants are coming along nicely.

Hi Lori. Nice to see you. :D

We just put in our flowers this past weekend. The yard looks pretty good now.

Shelly, I put out some weed preventer...it does help some with the weeds, also mulch helps.

Hi Lori,

The spam has definitely decreased and it's great to come to a spam free board. Kindergarten is so exciting for the parents and the child...so many new things to learn and talk about.

My yard is horrendous...as long as the grass is cut it looks okay.

Hey Lori and everyone! I've been really busy myself, mostly with taking care of my son who is now 13 months old. I'm getting a little work done and that is good.

My younger daughter is finishing up kindergarten and has really loved it. She's worked really hard this year and learned a whole lot. She had two years of pre-K (she has a November birthday so had to go to pre-K for two years) and was glad to get to work!

Audrey - that's great news :) Then it's worthwhile to do it this way. I feel like we have enough members talking and making use of the boards - if people have to wait a few days before they are accepted in order to make it a better place, so be it.

Thanks for all your help!

Thanks Shelly :)

We need to put in some plants this weekend, but my lettuce is sprouted and I have zuchinni, squash and tomatoes coming nicely!

I'm doing a ton of basil inside in my aerogarden, but I still want to do a bunch of it outside too :D

Hi Tammy!

What kind of flowers? We have azaleas blooming in different shades right now, my tulips have gone by.

My front yard is wooded, so I've been researching plants for the shade, preferably that bloom!

Hi Sophia :D

We have yet to cut our grass this year! LOL. It's just a tad shaggy. Fortunately we are out in the country so our neighbors don't care much.

Hi Michelle -

I know how it is with a little one. Jasmine is turning two in a couple months. I remind myself all the time to just soak in this stage. There will be plenty of time to perform in work down the road!

Our finances suffer some, but money comes in as we need it.

Hey - I just got an offer to sell a domain name I'd been sitting on for $500! :hi: Not one I'd likely develop - so I took the offer!

I completely missed this post! Sorry Lori.

We have petunies, rose bushes, lilac bush (new), begonias, and others...I can't think of them all at the moment. :)

Congrats on the domain name Lori.
