Leopard Solutions a premier provider of Law Firm data is looking for someone with customer service/sales support experience to assist the Sales Director. The majority of work will be 'at home' requiring high speed internet connection and a PC or MAC that can run Bootcamp or Parallels. The position will require occasional meetings or 'in person' help during marketing campaigns throughout the year. Customer Support will require training on our systems so computer efficiency is a must. Customer interaction will be via phone or internet. Internet research will also be part of the job description. Applicants with experience in Excel, Outlook, InDesign, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Safari, Internet Explorer preferred.
Candidate MUST LIVE IN THE TRI-STATE AREA and be willing to travel to Astoria, NY on an occassional basis. AND must be available to work during normal business hours.
