Customer Service Respresentative- Work at Home for Kelly Services
**All candidates will be required to attend a four week paid training session in Milwaukee, Wisconsin upon initial start. For candidates required to travel to the training site, accommodations will be at the cost of the candidate. Candidates who are not able to travel to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for training will not be considered.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer service and issue resolution calls for a major electric company
- Creating an exceptional customer service experience for all callers
- Working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday, morning and afternoon shifts scheduled between 7am – 7pm.
- Working overtime and weekends as required
To qualify you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Experience using personal computers and software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A personal computer
- A land line
- Reliable high-speed cable internet connection
- Microsoft Windows
- Flexibility regarding work schedules
- The ability to pass drug and background screens
- The desire to work from home
