Our client, a large third-party customer service and technical support company, is looking for a 3rd shift Bilingual Spanish Customer care associate to work in their Chesterfield location.
Daily duties will involve taking inbound calls (in Spanish and English) answering questions for over 250 client companies regarding order and technical support.
Hours are 12pm-8:30am, alternating weekends. They are willing to be a little flexible with hours (possibly 4/10s, rotating weekends or working all Saturdays or all Sundays). They just need to ensure that all shifts are covered. It is also possible that after a few months they would allow this person to work from home.
Qualified candidates will have at least 1-2 years call center background and be able to effectively take calls from both an English and Spanish gate.
