Hello everyone! I'd love to have an honest review and suggestions for improvement... my site, which was developed with the help of my daughter, is HerCareer Press and the url is http://www.hercareer.com. I thought about removing the photographs from the bottom, but not sure. Thank you!

I would not remove the photos. They manage the page, making each section its own. I didn't look at every page, but your front page is very clear, very easy to navigate.
