1. calling new customers
2. responding to customer service inquires via helpdesk, email and phone
3. managing product fulfillment
4. being liason with vendors
5. Working with infusionsoft our CRM software
6. Calling customers to monitor their progress
7. Collection calls
8. Managing newsletter fulfillment--in microsoft publisher
9. Also some marketing duties involved
--posting online ads/pr/video/podcasts/
--converting mp3 files to audio
--some website updates
--mailings
10. Serving as point of contact for vendors
11. All other related duties
$10/hour 40 hours week
