Mom Corps, an innovative professional staffing company, is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our highly publicized and growing company. Mom Corps places highly qualified and experienced professionals into flexible, contract and part-time permanent positions with some of the nation's leading firms. In this role you will be building your client list through business development with Partners, Business Owners, Department Heads, and CEO's in various industries.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- 5 years in outside B2B sales experience selling either a service or an intangible
- Proven track record in a successful sales career
- Experience with cold calling and heavy prospecting
- Experience in the staffing industry either as a recruiter or in business development
- Highly sales motivated individual with solid business acumen, strong communication skills, prospecting, and closing skills
- Demonstrated financial success with or having a good understanding of all aspects of incentive -based pay structures
- Functional home office and successful experience working independently from home in the past a plus
- Passionate about creating flexible job opportunities for primary caregivers
