Job #1 – Approx 4 hours per day @ $15 per hour
This job involves managing the day to day customer and vendor facing activities such as the taking orders over the phone, processing orders placed on the website with various suppliers; updating order status, tracking information, etc. The job includes heavy use of email communication, transacting on various online ordering and payment systems and a fair amount of record keeping.
Requirements: You will be doing this work from home so you need to have a phone, a cell phone, a computer, high speed internet router and a quiet space to work at. You must be internet savvy; know how to use your email, navigate between accounts, fill complex forms online, perform simple online research, and be smart enough to catch an opportunity when it comes and watch for online fraud and scam.
The scope of this job is whatever it takes to keep my customers happy. I am really looking for an organized and dedicated service provider. It will only take you a few hours of your day to do the work; but it cannot be done at night time, sorry! You need to be prepared to talk to customers when they call or follow-up with a phone call when they leave a message. You might have to live-chat with customers, so you should be on-line ready to IM.
Job #2 – Approx 30 hours per month @ $15 per hour
This job involves developing our product selection, managing relationships with suppliers, product related data entry and content management. You will be following up supplier leads, research new products on the internet and attend trade shows in an effort to maintain our position as a unique source for hard to find lifestyle enhancing products.
Requirements: You will be doing this work from home so you need to have a phone, a computer, high speed internet access and a quiet space to work at. You must be a savvy internet researcher able to find the ultimate source for any product leads using various search tools. Data entry requires basic image manipulation.
The scope of this job to bring a fresh selection of new and intriguing products to our site on a regular basis; find gems, trends, needs, etc. You are expected to integrate the products that are selected to the site, and therefore you should posses some creative writing skill. You will have an SEO expert reviewing your work to make sure your efforts lead to success.
