Responsibilities include monitoring our various administrative filters designed to flag and capture potentially inappropriate content, reporting such behavior, and then taking appropriate action as needed and responding to member inquiries and concerns using our web-based e-mail and administrative system. Experience with computers, the Internet, and sending e-mails is required. Candidate must have knowledge of customer service. Candidates that are current users of the Neopets.com website will be given first consideration.
