We have a mailing list with names and location, but no addresses. Looking for college-level person with good secretarial skills to look up the company on the internet, add the address to the original file (we have it as both PDF and Word.doc), and add all to a (very simple) FileMaker database that you create per our instruction.
There are approximately 3,900 names, but not all will be included. For instance, sometimes two or more individuals from the same organization are listed. You will cull the list according to our instructions. We estimate the final tally to be approximately 2,500 entries.
For serious candidates with excellent references, we will meet in a public place for a detailed explanation. We will reimburse transportation costs, not to exceed $20 to that meeting, in Greenwich, Connecticut.
