Home Based Agents (HBAs) handle a variety of inbound sales and customer service calls for ICT Group clients, from their home using their own PC* (equipped with broadband access connection and hard-wired telephone). Successful HBA candidates consistently demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to explain and offer solutions clearly and confidently. Eligible candidates must have a strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable, and need minimal supervision. The HBA must maintain a professional workspace and it should be in a separate area away from high traffic areas within the home. Supported by a dedicated ICT Group operations team, the ability for HBAs to effectively troubleshoot desktop and connectivity problems is a plus. HBAs receive extensive training and development at one of ICT Group's regional contact centers or by using the Company's web-based training facilities.

*Minimum HBA PC requirements:
* 800MHZ processor or greater
* 15" Monitor or larger
* 512MB RAM
* Windows 2000 or Windows XP Operating System
* Version 6.0 Internet Explorer web browser or higher
* Working Anti-virus software installed

Other technical requirements:
* Broadband IS-DSL from local telecommunication carrier or cable high speed Internet required.
*Satellite broadband or one-way high speed or wireless NOT acceptable
* Hard-wired telephone line dedicated to ICT Group business with no working extensions associated with it. Call waiting and voicemail must be disabled.
* Second phone line (cell phone permitted), required for coaching, counseling, meeting and emergencies.
* Working e-mail account.
