Atlanta’s premier pet sitting company has a vacancy for a part time office administrator. Your location should be in the Acworth/Kennesaw/North Marietta area and your office hours will be from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
95% of your work will be conducted out of your home office, equipped with modern office devices such as a modern computer (operating system not older than 2000), telephone, laser printer, and fax machine. Although you will work out of your home office, we must have exclusivity of your time during the hours while you are working.
If you fulfill the following qualifications we want to talk to you:
* You are huge pet lover and owner and are experienced with the needs of pets and their owners!
* You are an experienced office administrator with some marketing skills!
* You feel comfortable with modern office devices and are a fast learner when introduced to new hardware and software products!
* You are euphoric when you speak to clients and staff members and you are always eager to fulfill their needs promptly!
* You are able to prioritize your work and follow through with minimal guidance!
* You are able to handle stressful situations!
* You are rational in your thoughts and have the ability to apply company policies and guidance to new situations!
