Research commercial real estate transactions and building permit data on site at various courthouses in Northern Virginia. Flexible schedule. Approx. 3 to 8 hours monthly in each county: Culpeper, Fauquier, Stafford, and Prince William, for $13 per hour.
Must have own transportation, and be 100% fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Good at detail work and can work with minimal supervision. Must have home computer and printer with internet access, and a fax machine. We are also open to having you enter some or all of the data online (at $13 per hour also) from your home into our web-based data entry system, provided you have good keyboard skills. Please include resume. We plan to hire by Memorial Day.
