Through effective communication and negotiation skills, Collection Representatives resolve delinquent accounts and make payment arrangements for our national clients through phone contacts. As a Telecommuting Agent you would perform the duties of a Collection Representative while working from home.
Desired Job Experience: Previous telecommuting, collections, sales or customer service experience is helpful. Basic keyboarding and computer applications is required.
Other Qualifications: We need motivated, professional, career-minded individuals with excellent problem solving, communication, and listening skills. Collectors work 2 nights per week until 9 p.m. and 3 weekend days per month (Saturday or Sunday). Must be 18 years or older to apply. Must be willing to travel to La Crosse, WI for 3 weeks of full-time training and quarterly meetings.
