Online Research position / Data Entry: Appraisal Team
Perfect opportunity for a stay-at-home parent, current university student, teacher or anyone who is looking for a part-time position to earn a little extra income. Minimum of 8 hrs per week.
Ideal candidate is someone who works well independently, well organized, displays good attention to detail, has excellent time management skills and with prior experience in online research and data entry.
Responsibilities will be compiling online appraisal reports for our brokerage team, conducting independent online research, data input, responding to basic questions concerning appraisal reports, and assisting the team with research oriented projects.
This position can be full-time or part-time, has very flexible scheduling and allows for working from home; this is an ideal set up for a stay at home parent or teacher. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable working independently, work well with deadlines and have access to a computer. Training provided.
