Requirements:
This is a remote position
Multiple day and night shifts available; early morning to afternoon (Pacific time zone) preferable
Good computer skills on Windows and UNIX/Linux (command line) type systems (basic knowledge)
Knowledge of Internet related software (email, FTP, etc) a must!
Understanding of the concepts that make the Internet work (DNS, backbones, TCP/IP, protocols, etc.)
Excellent written communication skills in English is a must
Spanish language optional, but preferable
Fast keyboard typer
Ability to work extended hours
Must have *excellent* problem solving skills
Ability to easily retain information, as the amount of information to learn is quite extensive
Excellent "people person" skills
Need to be proactive, a fast learner and must enjoy working on a dynamic environment
Patience (a must) and willingness to help customers is mandatory
You will be thoroughly tested
You must NOT simultaneously work for another company
You will most likely be interviewed in person, as we have staff around the world that can conduct interviews
