Fast growing, family-owned, retail company looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our team. Work from your home using your excellent customer service & computer skills. Answer customer calls, emails & chats. Contact suppliers regarding customer issues and inquiries. Administrative duties including, but not limited to: entering & formatting data into our customized system, price reviews & inventory updates.
Candidate must be flexible to work 20-25 hours per week & any 4-6 hour shift between the hours of 8am & 5pm, Monday-Friday. Must also be able to work full-time during peak seasons. Position requires candidate to have a computer with high speed internet access and up-to-date security and virus software. Position also requires excellent customer service skills including the ability to handle difficult customers in a kind manner. Solid computer skills, including Excel proficiency, is required. Ideal candidate will also be flexible, friendly, sharp, detail-oriented and confident. Applicant must reside in the Portland metro area & have the ability to work entire shift without environmental distractions. Background check required. Phone & other necessary equipment will be provided. This position is long term with the opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
