The customer service rep. provides service to Albelli’s customers. Albelli is an international company, totally committed to offer great photo books, easily made online. We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Customer Service Representative responsible for our communication with our customer’s through emailing and forum moderation.

You have the option to work from home.

Tasks and responsibilities
• First line of support for our customers, helping them with their specific needs
• Forum moderation
• Document all customer interactions and issues in our contact management system.
• Persistent follow-up with any outstanding customer issues
• Efficient in responding to emails
• Ability to handle additional tasks & projects when needed
Profile of the ideal candidate
• You are a Customer service professional
• You are willing to contribute extra when things don’t go according to plan
• 2+ years of experience with customer service in an internet environment
• Passion to help customers

Key skills
•University degree or equivalent
•Typing speed of 45 wpm and 100% accuracy.
•Must have great communication skills and the ability to work independently

Helpful skills
• Knowledge of photo related solutions
• Microsoft office
