We are currently looking to fill afternoon and evening positions (3pm-9pm EST)
Key responsibilities:
-Respond to and resolve customer support, billing, and technical requests by telephone
-Utilize multiple tools and resources to identify and communicate the proper resolution of customer issues.
-Work at least 30 hours per week, including coverage for weekends and evenings as business dictates
Do you meet the following requirements?
-Customer-focus including clear communication and empathetic listening.
-Basic knowledge of home networking,
-Research skills - ability to organize information, solve problems, and quickly locate necessary information
-Ability to multi-task and work independently with little instruction
-Previous customer service, sales, or technical support experience
-Knowledge of telephone and VoIP service a plus
-Bilingual a plus but not required
Does your home office meet the following requirements?
-Must maintain a reliably quiet and professional home work environment during working hours.
-Must have reliable high-speed internet (DSL or Cable) and headset with microphone
-Must have reliable personal computer which meets minimum system requirements:
-Windows XP or 2000
-512 mb RAM
-Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2.x web browser
Compensation is based on a per minute talk time rate. $0.15 - $0.22 a minute based on the type of calls you are taking. We pay weekly with direct deposit.
