Position is for part time, 15-30 hours a week, data entry. Must have some knowledge of Quickbooks. Duties include posting backup to checks, entering invoices, and applying payments. We have a 8 month backlog of invoices that need to be caught up. Once caught up position would probably require 10-20 hours a week. Office is in Hayward, but you may work from home accessing our company via gotomypc. You would be required to come into office at least once a week to collect work and return completed work.
