This is a recipe you can share with customers or you can make for a party and it uses an item that comes in your kit, the Quick Chef.
Artichoke Dip For Your Party
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
2 green onions chopped
½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Combine ingredients in Quick Chef; turn handle until chopped.
Place into Base of Oval Microwave Cooker. Microwave on High
for 3–5 minutes until hot. Serve with tortilla chips, pita or bread.
