Responsibilities
Respond and resolve enterprise customer service requests related to installation, set-up and use of the Movable Type product line
Develop deep product knowledge and translate this into knowledge documents used to deflect service requests
Assist other team members on projects/tasks regarding the release of future products. This assistance can be in the form of testing assistance, creating documentation, and developing of training material
