Eventbrite is a fast-growing, online event registration service looking for experienced, professional, and highly motivated Customer Support Representatives to serve as the first and main point of contact between the Company and customers. As our customer base grows each day, we need you to help us maintain our superior level of customer service. We are looking for friendly, passionate, and dedicated individuals.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to heavy volume of inbound email and telephone customer inquiries from existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding resolved issues and provide ongoing customer support.
• Proactively communicate to potential customers, promoting the values of Eventbrite and providing service demonstrations.
• Communicate with technical team about service issues and feature requests.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years experience in customer service.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively manage heavy email and phone volume in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have great people skills and a patient attitude.
• Ability to clearly communicate service features and benefits.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Computer and Internet literate
• Strong typing skills.
• Previous web experience preferred.
• Start-up company and sales experience a plus.
