The shopper is required to interact with a sales associate and inquire about one of their accounts. The account scenario will be detailed in the guidelines.
The shopper cannot be an account holder at this bank!

These shops can only be shopped Monday thru Friday.
The shopper will be asking about a new or used car. The scenario will be detailed in the guidelines. If you are offered a test drive, you are required to take it.
The shopper will be evaluating the sales presentation of the representative and the professionalism of the staff.
