My VENT: The rain!

I am so sick and tired of winter its not even funny! I am so antsy waiting for spring to arrive.

Yesterday was a beautiful day here in Central PA...sunny and we hit 65 degrees. Ahhhhh it was so nice.

Today...pouring down rain and I mean really pouring down rain! I might need an ark after today :(

I know what you mean Shelly except yesterday we had wet snow and rain. Today is sunny with clouds and just a tad warmer. I'm not really looking forward to spring because we still get a lot of rain...I'm forging ahead to summer.

I have to say it has been a harsh winter all the way around the globe except where it's the opposite of us. Darn global warming!

I feel for you Shelly. Back when all that rain hit us, it was miserable. Today, well I spent some time outdoors, it's just so nice outside.

I'm with you all the way, Shelly. I must be just a little north of you--in north central PA. And yes--I enjoyed that same oddly warm day yesterday. But today we've had ice all day. Why is it we live up here???:dunno:

I'm with you Shelly. I was just looking out the back door at the frozen ground and the pouring rain. That means my basement will probably flood. This afternoon it was gray but warm - about 55 - and I walked the beach. I needed some fresh air! I'm sick of being housebound. I want sunshine, dry ground and my garden!!

I got super bad last night! A tree came down, knocked out a transformer and we were without power for 2 hours :(

Thank goodness we had our lap tops to occupy our time!

Today its chilly out but atleast the sun has finally arrived again. I agree, lets skip Spring and go right to Summer!
