Mini Tacos Appetizers
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2 Tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
For mini tacos use round tortilla chips. Place teaspoon of cooked beef mixture on each chip. Cover with shredded cheese and place on baking sheet lined with Silicone Wonder™ Mat. Bake for 5–7 minutes at 350°F, just until cheese
melts. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
