As far as "time management" goes ( I really liked Lori's quote about not being able to manage time, only ourselves in it) I would never be able to get by with out my dry erase board. I keep a running list of what I need to do and color code items so it is easy to deciepher at a quick glance.

I use Blue-Business
Red -Family
Green - Personal/inspiration
Black for things to refrence (these may be up for a while)

It not only reminds me to stay on track, it motivates me to stretch myself to reach my goals. And I love making things disappear off my board with the swipe of a finger. He He He!

Funny you should mention that -- my husband was just WISHING for a dry erase board the other day :D

Glad to have you here with us!

I love my dry erase board and don't know what I would do without it! I have one for me and hubby and then I have one for my work and goals etc.

its a tremendous help because I keep forgetting everything I need to do.. and we don't even have any kids just yet :?

So simple yet I never thought about it... I just added new color dry erase markers so I can keep that in mind. I've always been a To Do list person. I do my best work at night while I can have quiet and thngs just seem to be calm. So even if I don't get things done, I organize and plan for the next day so I can stay focused the next day and eventually get things accomplished. There's something rewarding in being able to cross off things and look at the list at the end of the day and see what I did get done.

Don't get me wrong it's not perfect. Things don't get done, I start new lists in the process, but then look at the ones that do and I find myself finding old lists later that I can cross off items later. It's all about progress. Good luck all...
