Overview:
Conserto is seeking a customer responsive, service-driven and highly responsible individual to assist with customer needs. Day to day activities involve responding to customer requests, correcting problems and offering solutions. Individuals must possess:
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong research skills and the ability to be proactive.
• The ability to quickly learn new tasks.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
As a CSR, you take action in an efficient and timely manner with care and concern. The qualities below will distinguish the successful candidates for this position:
• The ability to flourish independently and as a team player
• Assist management with additional duties as needed
• Applicants must be proficient in: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Must be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance
• Communicate with management on an ongoing basis
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients, co-workers, management, consultants, and vendors
• Must be able to self motivate and be proactive
• The ability to up-sell new products to existing customers
• The ability to provide technical support to customers
Job Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience required (Conferencing experience preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self starter with the creative ways of solving issues
• Proficient in Microsoft office: Word, Excel
• High School Diploma or GED required
• High speed internet access at home
