We are adding a Technical Support Rep to our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with problem resolution for various issues including technical support of our software applications, billing questions, implementation assistance and sales support. Support will be provided via email, telephone and live chat sessions. Successful candidates should have at least 1 year of Technical Support experience, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a solid understanding of PC / Windows applications, be self-motivated, and work well in a team-oriented environment. Net Applications is a rapidly growing company headquartered in Aliso Viejo, CA and with operations in Irvine, CA, Nevada and Michigan.

We're looking for 1 full time and 1 part time Rep - so, please specify your preference.
