Assist customers with choosing gifts and provide information regarding products
Enter Orders from customers over the phone
Check voice mails and messages taken by call center and return customer calls
Process orders with our vendors
Input tracking numbers for completed orders and notify customer of order shipment
Skills:
Pleasant and professional phone manner.
Excellent computer skills, self-motivation, and ability to handle many tasks at once.
Excellent with internet applications
Must have Internet access
Must be responsible, reliable, friendly and HAPPY! This is a BABY STORE! :)
