We are currently hiring for agents to work from home. As an agent you will be required to work every upcoming holiday. In addition, all of our positions require you to work weekends. All from the convenience of your own home!! No more commuting to work!!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for effectively and professionally servicing customers as specified by the client's project and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
· Answers incoming calls and emails promptly and in accordance with established call/email -handling procedures
· Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects
· Performs related work as required and works on special projects, as requested
· Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
6 months work experience in customer service
Some sales experience a plus
SKILLS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS-Office products: Mail, Word & Excel
Telephone courtesy skills
Computer knowledge
Data entry ability
