A small internet based marketing company is in need of two customer service reps to help manage, support tickets, product returns, shipping issues, phone, and other customer issues.
We are looking for two individuals to fill this position.
Must be self motivated, good on the phone, have past customer service experience, speak fluent english, has good computer skills, and has own computer.
Must be easily accessible throughout the day. Must be willing to learn our product line and be able to adapt to our processes and suggestions to make our customers feel more comfortable.
Position entails weekly meetings and progress reports. 20 to 30 hours per week contract.
Minimum commuting as most work can be done from home. Must be a self starter and willing to educate and learn skills presented.
