VIPdesk is seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to be responsible for attracting and sourcing independent contractors; Candidate must have extensive experience in generating compelling ads, creating innovative recruiting/sourcing strategies, and managing large scale and time-pressed recruiting/sourcing campaigns. A wide degree of creativity, near and long-term recruiting/sourcing vision, high-level of detail and follow through, business understanding, project management, and personal organization is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for managing Full-Life cycle sourcing.
Develops, executes, and delivers creative, efficient, and successful sourcing campaigns for high volume (500 – 1,000 per week) sourcing of Brand Ambassadors (independent contractors) in accordance with company needs and goals;

Researches, identifies and leverages best and most effective strategic sourcing resources for targeting candidates based up on skills utilizing tools such corporate website, recruiting websites, PR, search engines, trade association sites, online advertising, and other creative media.
Develops strategies to locate “hard to find” candidates
Investigates and executes the use of innovative sourcing or niche sites, strategies, associations, virtual communities, etc.
Evaluates the success of recruiting/sourcing methods and adjusts based on results;

Develops and tracks metrics for Brand Ambassador recruiting/sourcing process;
·Work closely with the operations team to understand candidate specifications and opportunity requirements
Confers with management team to identify needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments;
Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified home-based contractors;
Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and track success of sourcing campaigns;
Creates and fosters relationships to attract and recruit qualified home-based contractors;
Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to contractors about the company and opportunities;

Qualifications
Experience in creative/online media advertising to efficiently reach the right candidates.
Experience in high volume, fast-paced recruiting process, preferably with independent contractors.
5+ years experience managing full lifecycle recruiting/sourcing. Experience in call center industry or within temp agencies preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or advertising field preferred.
Basic working knowledge of laws related to independent contractors.
Excellent project management skills.
Proven writing and oral communication skills are required; provide samples
Ability to present, design and execute new creative recruiting/sourcing concepts.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and the use of email.
Must possess entrepreneurial spirit and “can do” attitude.

Able to successfully pass a credit, criminal and employment reference security check.
