Interapptive, Inc. - http://www.interapptive.com/ is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist, responsible for providing customer support services via email and telephone to its ShipWorks customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide technical support via telephone and email for Interapptive’s ShipWorks software and related services.
* Exercise good judgment using processes/procedures to determine appropriate course of action for each customer.
* Actively support the company policy and best practices in the area of security, with special emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to use basic system administration tools and processes; such as email applications, web browsers, HTML, FTP, remote desktop/login tools, and other software products and support tools.
* Ability to provide clear and concise communication to the customer, both oral and written, to provide problem resolutions and make product and service recommendations to enhance the customer relationship.
* Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows.
* Experience with HTML, XSL, and XML.
* Enjoy working with people via phone and email.
* Part time availabilty scheduled between the hours of 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday.
