Description
Position: Freelance WriterJob Description: Legacy Publishing Company, a leading publisher of personal development products for families, is seeking a freelance writer to ghostwrite a book on solutions to child behavior problems.Legacy will provide you with case studies of parents who struggled with their children’s behavioral problems.
You will interview our author regarding his solutions for these families, and then write a full narrative on each, detailing the family’s journey from problem to solution.The successful candidate will have an accomplished journalism and/or feature writing background with demonstrated ability to write compelling stories. Knowledge of child behavioral issues—either through personal experience or work with social service agencies—is a definite plus. This project also requires the ability to work in a supportive way with our author, as well as strong interview and organizational skills, and an ability to work under tight deadlines. The deadline for this project is April 2008 please do not apply unless you are able to meet this requirement.
